Chrystal Bixiu Zhang

Chrystal joined MSP Solutions in 2006 as a shareholder/consultant.

Chrystal has sixteen years of international aviation industry experience, both in the public and private sectors.

Over the last six years, she has provided advisory services to European and Chinese aviation clients on regulatory compliances issues, marketing strategies and implementations. Through her initiative, her clients have successfully established themselves in the Chinese market.

Between 1998 to 2001, she worked for China Aviation Supplies Corporation as an executive responsible for negotiating overhaul contracts with international service providers; inviting maintenance biddings; negotiating and implementing the contracts.

Prior to that, Chrystal worked for Civil Aviation Administration of China mainly involved in AOC licensing, economic regulations of international operation in Chinese markets, bilateral air services agreement negotiations and implementations of these agreements.      

Currently Chrystal is studying for her PhD at Air Transport Department of Cranfield University, with research interest in policy making, negotiations and corporate strategies.
